Secure Payment Options

WhimOil accepts secure payment methods offered through our Shopify checkout. The exact options available to you are shown at checkout and may vary by device, browser, location, and payment-provider eligibility.

Payment methods that may be available

• American Express (Amex), Diners Club International, Discover, Elo, JCB, Mastercard, UnionPay, and Visa.
• PayPal
• Shop Pay
• Apple Pay and Google Pay on eligible devices and browsers

We do not ask customers to send card details by email or through the contact form. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers, and WhimOil does not store your full card number on this website.

Currency and authorization

Prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD), unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other fees. An order is confirmed only after the payment provider authorizes the transaction.

Payment verification

To protect customers and prevent fraud, an order may be subject to additional verification. We may contact you using the details provided with your order. Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

If a payment does not go through

Please confirm that your billing information matches the information held by your bank, complete any required verification, and avoid submitting the same order repeatedly. You may try another method displayed at checkout or contact your bank. If you are unsure whether an order was created, contact us before trying again.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after we issue a refund depends on your bank or payment provider. Please see our Refund Policy for eligibility and return instructions.
