Our collections may include soft whimsical pieces, bold statement artworks, animal-inspired works, botanical scenes, celestial paintings, figures, enchanted spaces, poetic objects, framed art, unframed art, stretched canvas, rolled canvas, and related decorative wall art products.

Because our products involve artwork reproduction, canvas preparation, framing options, and visual interpretation, slight variations may occur between digital images shown online and the final product. These variations may include color tone, texture appearance, brushstroke detail, cropping, scale, frame finish, and canvas surface appearance. Such differences are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display artwork colors and product images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device, monitor, or screen will display colors accurately. Lighting conditions, wall colors, room environment, and display settings may affect how an artwork appears.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. Product images, room scenes, frame previews, and lifestyle mockups are provided to help customers visualize how an artwork may look in a real interior. These images are for reference only and may not represent exact size, color, lighting, texture, or scale in every customer’s home.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, size information, frame options, finish options, and shipping information before placing an order.

7. ORDER PROCESS AND PRODUCT SELECTION

After an order is placed, the selected artwork, size, finish, and framing option will be prepared according to the product information available on the Site.

If you need to modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been submitted.

8. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, per account, per payment method, or per shipping address. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, credit card, billing address, or shipping address.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Production and shipping times may vary depending on the artwork, size, frame option, destination, carrier availability, seasonal demand, and other operational factors.

Estimated production and shipping times displayed on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by third-party carriers. We will assist customers with shipping-related issues whenever possible, but we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees or replacement costs may apply.

10. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your artwork arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage to the box or frame.

After review, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, store credit, or another resolution depending on the situation. We may require customers to keep the damaged item and packaging for carrier inspection.

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us promptly. We may assist in opening a carrier investigation, but final resolution may depend on the carrier’s delivery records and investigation process.

11. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review that policy carefully before placing an order.

Because artworks may be prepared based on selected size, finish, and frame options, some products may not be eligible for return once production has begun or after delivery, except where required by law or where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
