Each artwork is carefully prepared after your order is placed. Once your piece is ready, it will be securely packed and shipped with tracking information, so you can follow its journey from our studio to your home.
Because many of our artworks are made to order, we kindly recommend checking the size, frame option, and style carefully before placing your order. This helps ensure the final piece fits your space beautifully and matches your expectations.
If your artwork arrives damaged or there is any issue with your order, please contact us with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and do our best to offer a helpful solution, whether that means a replacement, repair support, or another suitable option.
To keep your artwork looking beautiful for years, we recommend displaying it away from direct sunlight, strong heat, and high humidity. Prolonged exposure to these conditions may affect the colors, surface texture, or frame over time.
For regular cleaning, gently dust the artwork and frame with a soft, dry cloth. Please avoid using water, alcohol, cleaning sprays, chemical products, or rough materials, as these may damage the painted surface or the frame finish.
If your artwork has visible texture, handle it with extra care and avoid touching the painted surface directly. A little gentle care will help preserve the depth, warmth, and charm of the piece for a long time.
Every artwork is packed with care to protect it during transit. We use secure, art-safe packaging materials designed to reduce movement, pressure, and impact while the piece is on its way to you.
Framed artworks are given extra protection around the corners and edges, as these are the most delicate areas during shipping. The piece is cushioned carefully so it can arrive safely and be ready to display once unpacked.
Our goal is to make the unboxing feel thoughtful and reassuring. From the artwork surface to the frame and outer packaging, each detail is handled carefully so your piece arrives in beautiful condition, ready to become part of your space.

I wanted an original artwork with presence, and this is perfect. The magical atmosphere makes the entire room feel different.
Beautifully balanced colors, impressive texture, and a captivating setting. This piece has the richness and individuality I hoped to find.
Light changes how a painting is experienced throughout the day. Soft natural light can reveal subtle brushwork, color transitions, and surface texture, while warm evening light can make the artwork feel more intimate and atmospheric. We recommend placing each piece where the light enhances its mood without creating harsh glare.
A frame is more than a finishing detail. It shapes how the artwork speaks to the room. A natural wood frame adds warmth and softness, while a darker frame can create contrast and visual depth. The right frame should support the painting’s character while connecting it to the furniture, flooring, and overall interior palette.
Styling helps the artwork feel grounded in everyday life. Pair the painting with objects that echo its mood, such as ceramics, books, plants, textiles, or sculptural decor. The goal is not to fill the space, but to create a quiet conversation between the artwork and the surrounding details.
The right placement allows the artwork to feel intentional rather than decorative. Consider the size of the wall, the height of nearby furniture, and the viewing distance from the room’s main seating area. A well-placed painting should naturally become part of the room’s rhythm, creating balance without overwhelming the space.
